Despite its natural origin, each block has been machine cut, allowing for perfect ease and precision when laying. These heavy duty 50mm thick setts can be used to create a uniform or why not pair granite and sandstone for a contrasting distinction. Stocked in 3 sizes for an attractive pattern when laid.

Stocked in Balmoral Silver Grey and Mid Grey Granite.

Any granite or sandstone available for quantities over 100 square metres on 12 week lead time.

Free of charge on all order over £2000

Order under £2000 will incur a standard charge of £50 + VAT

Choose your delivery date when checking out. Timed slots are not available. Our deliveries are all made on tail-lift kerbside deliveries, so please see our delivery requirements HERE

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to Caledonian Stone, unless an agreed collection is arrange with us which will incur a return cost. Goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Sub Base

Compacted DPt (MOT) Type 1. Minimum 100mm for patios. Unless ground conditions require extra stabilisation.

Installation Method

Bedded on to full bed of wet mix 5:1 sharp sand: cement mortar

SBR/Primer

Essential – to be painted on back of slabs as per instructions with primer.

Cutting

Porcelain Diamond blade for Wet bench saw or electric grinder. We do not recommend petrol saws due to vibration on the engine which can cause tile breakages.

Joint Width

Minimum 5mm – for Brush in Resin
Minimum 3mm – for Porcelain grout
